    Hi all, downloaded new Build 9926 earlier today as an inplace upgrade. Took the best part of 3 hours from start to finish. All apps, settings and programs the way they were. I went to check whether Cortana was working, but it's not. (Not available in your region) popup. Guess I'll have to wait for the next update. No iccups on install.

    This is not a problem, Cortana is only available in the US and i saw that your country was australia.

    Sorry, but this is not a issue, however, i think changing all of the things from australia to US then a reboot or log out then log in could fix.
