Windows 10: installation CDs and Dungeon Siege II

Good afternoon. I have the installation CDs and Dungeon Siege II access key, but two CDs are very scratched and I am no longer able to download the game. I wonder how I can solve the problem.

pointer not showing on Dungeon siege 2

few years ago I downloaded dungeon siege + BW. I played it for a while then I up graded my PC and went onto win 7 and I put the game on there and it worked still, then I up graded win 7 to win 10 after I up graded I didn't play the till a few days ago
when the pointer didn't work so I ordered the Dungeon siege 2 deluxe edition discs, I received them and uninstalled the downloaded version and installed the disked version and the pointer still did not work I have tried every thing in the help menu on the
troubleshoot. Is there anything you could think off
