Windows 10: Installation of Windows 10 Update 1903 help with less memory

I am using a HP Pavilion 20 All-In-One computer that is running Windows 10. When I first got this computer it came with Windows 8. Then the free install of Windows 10 appeared in my Windows Update so I installed it. Now in my Windows Update it is telling me I can go ahead and install the Windows 10 Update 1903. I am currently using 1809. Last night I tried to download and install it but during the download process it got to 75 % and then failed to continue. My error code when I looked it up said I do not have enough memory. Apparently it takes 10-13 GB for update 1903 to take. I looked at how much memory I have and since this is an all-in-one computer with no drive D it only had 4.2 MG memory left. I guess my question is. If I want this update does this mean I need to get a new computer? I prefer the all-in-ones but I don't think these are the right ones to get that much memory. Is there any advice anyone can give me? And if I were to buy a new computer do you think it would already have the Windows 10 Update 1903 already installed? I prefer HP computers. And flat screen ones at that.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
