    Ok, lets start from beginning.

How did you create your installation usb drive?

I like to use the Boot Device menu to select the boot device when installing. That way I don't have to worry about the Bios Boot device priority. But cereberus's suggestion of removing the Flash Drive will keep it from booting back to that.

You don't have any media in the DVD do you? I would have thought you could have found a Microsoft download site since there are some around. But the Flash Drive has to be formatted as Fat 32 for UEFI to work and the earlier Microsoft tools did not do that.

The tool I downloaded was essentially the same as the one from Microsoft, just hosted on their servers, but I went sure and downloaded the One from Microsoft, same problems still occured.
So I went and tried some stuff and did some googling and I think I found the problem.
It seems the installer creates a NTFS partition for Windows, which it can't boot from since it's on a gpt partition style ssd (not sure about that, just speculation). So to fix this I'd either need to convert the partition style to MBR or create a FAT partition beforehand to install Windows on, is that correct? If so, I'd like to try option #2 first, but I can't recall an option when formatting/creating an partition to make it FAT, do I need an extra tool for that? If so, can you recommend me one?
