Windows 10: Installed new RTX 3060 Ti - Crashing while idle

Hi,I recently upgraded my graphics card to an RTX 3060 Ti and have been running into a bit of an issue. When I'm on the desktop either idle or doing low stress tasks like watching Twitch or Youtube videos my computer will blue screen or just hang and I need to reset the computer manually from the button. It's been doing this for a few weeks ever since I upgraded. I did do a fresh install of the Nvidia drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller DDU and I have tried things like reverting from Windows 11 to Windows 10, disabling c states, changing power plan settings, memory tests, disk checks and
