Looks like you will have to go to Toshiba website and download what you can.

When you did the Windows install did you choose to keep everything?

If you did, click Windows Start:
Type "recovery" in to the Search bar. Next, select "Recovery Media Creator" from the options presented to you to open the recovery media creator. NOTE: The option may also be "Toshiba Recovery Media Creator", "Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator" or "Recovery Disk Creator". Go to Steps to Create Recovery Media.

If you did not choose to save everything:
Watch this video. It explains how to reset a Toshiba laptop to factory specifications. I have serious doubts about this working, but it is worth a shot. I tried to insert video into post, but it did not work. Shows up fine in my preview, but not on post. So here is the link.

How to- Factory reset almost ANY Toshiba laptop. - YouTube

If none of the above works go here:

Repair & Parts Support | Toshiba Scroll down to:

    Get Recovery Media
Want a fresh start? If you need to restore your Toshiba PC software to factory fresh you can order recovery media here. You will need your serial number.

After looking again at you screenshots of disk management your manufacture's recovery partition is gone. Probably happened when you installed windows. Therefore the first two options I suggested in my last post are not going to work. If you want your laptop back to factory default your only option now is order the Recovery Media from Toshiba. You might look on eBay or Amazon as well.

So then, clean install the Anniversary Update or use the suggestion from reply #21

With W10 Pro you can choose to Defer Feature Updates.

There shouldn`t be an update issue with the CU, but many people report different issues with the CU, nothing you can do but keep trying.

What happens when you try to update W10, what error message are you getting ?

Navy did not Destroy anything, you brought this all upon yourself, he was merely giving you a suggestion.

You are the only one that can control what you do with your PC.

Why can't you just clean install Windows 10 and download and install whatever hardware drivers you need from Toshiba website?
