Windows 10: Installing Photoshop Elements 2021

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2021 through the Microsoft store but I have no idea how to install it on my laptop. Can anyone help? I received an email confirmation but no serial number or link how to install. No instructions either. Thank you

photoshop elements 8 won't open

Hi BD

Yes, you can get Photoshop Elements 12 to work on Windows 10, you must first change this setting:

Open the old Control Panel, go to Programs and Features

On the left, click 'Turn Windows Features on or off'

Find Direct Play in the resulting list and turn that on

Then, save that and restart your PC, you should then be able to install and use Photoshop Elements 12

 

Photoshop Elements 14 wo't install on Windows 10

Did you try compatibility mode?

Photoshop Elements 14 is listed as the latest version.
