Windows 10: Installing Windows 10 on newly built pc, stuck on “Just a moment” screen

I’m installing Windows 10 onto a newly built PC via USB and everything was going smoothly until it got to a loading screen that says “Just a moment”. The dots in the middle of the screen are no longer circling and they’re frozen as well. What do I do?

Windows 10 Activation Stuck on "Just a Moment"

I've seen other posts about hanging on installs, but I am not trying an install. Just got a new Lenovo X1 Carbon with Win 10 installed. Powered up and went through a few activation steps. Chose the Express installation. Now I am stuck with a screen that
says "Just a Moment" with spinning circles. Tried to reboot, but it goes back to the same screen after booting every time. Any suggestions?

just a moment screen

I reinstalled off a recovery drive that I made of my qosmio laptop, it has been stuck on the just a moment screen now for 2 hrs. Any suggestions?????.

It was previously running win10 with no issues
