  2. Yes. Once up and you've been online for a little while check device manager for any yellow exclamation marks.

Right click start, left click device manager.

    Installing X32 on a X64 base laptop!!?????

Activation is not affected by 32-bit or 64-bit architecture differences in Windows - the digital license obtained on a 64-bit machine is applicable to either.

Didn't work, no drivers for the Intel, CPU, Graphic, Thermal Dynamics and Frameworks.
Having issue with both these HP's, connects. did connects, and switch from IPv4 to IPv6.

Every thing for Intel, there was no drivers. Devices were unknown in Device Manager.

  10. Open device manager please. Find first unknown device. Right click then right click properties. Click on details tab. In Property box select hardware ids. Copy and paste first lime in google. It should tell you what it is? Then we can find driver.

I'm still not clear, is your wired network connectivity working?

Looking back at the first post I don't understand the date part, Oct 2017 was only a couple months ago. It brings up a question about whether the Notebook/Laptop was used or a refurbished product. New devices should carry a 1-year warranty but can be less for refurbished. Many times Refurbished only means the device was sold and returned later within the specified time limit but the serial number having been entered into the dealer's computer means it can't be sold again as new, hence the Refurbished part.

Maybe it's time to go back to the 64-bit that the computer was supplied from the factory with?

Brand new, no refurbish. HP support shows these 15-f233wm to have been activated on Oct 2015 ( typo in first post, that what happens when you don't proof read). they came with x64 only.
No x32 was offered, I even ran the Intel driver and support, it came up with nothing, with x64, they come up with graphics.

Yeah, that's why HP wouldn't warranty it, long out of the 1-year period. If a store had used it for a display/demo model they could have activated, I bought one that way and to get around it had to do a full factory restore. The store I got it from couldn't help as the employee who had set it up was no longer with them and the password was lost.

Not sure when my niece bought hers, I bought mine this year, Feb 9th, 2017, when I got home, powered it up, set it up, came up no warranty, expired Jan 5th, 2017,, I took it back, ( my mother lost receipt, and they wouldn't refund it without receipt). so I got another one, kept contacting HP to warranty it and they never replied back. Told myself if it crashes, clean install. Oct this year it crashed, no option in troubleshoot for factory default resetting.
I done the clean install and set it up, worked great for week, then problems of becoming slower and slower, browser slowed down considerably. Network adapter was changing from IPv4 to IPv6. which has no access to internet.. talk to a lady last night, she said go in power option, advance option, set everything on battery and plugged in to performance which disables the energy saver plan. so far no problems.
