Windows 10: Instruction regarding referenced memory. The memory could not be read

I am getting a message "Instruction at 0x000....105474A referenced memory at 0x000.....610067. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the programme". This happens when I try to close down the computer.


I have tried:


1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc under Process tab, search for Windows Explorer. Right click and end task. Click on File in Task Manaager at top left corner and select "run new task". Type explorer.exe and click on OK.


2. Run SFC scan. Right click on start button, click on Command prompt Admin. Type sfc/scannow and hit Enter. Restart the computer and it says there are no problems.


3. Pres windows key and type Memory diagnostic. Select windows memory diagnostics and click on restart now and check for problems. It says there are no problems.


None of this works.


Microsoft states there was a hotfix for this problem, but it is no longer available.


Does anyone know how to clear it please?

This is a Dell Inspiron laptop, Windows 10. System will not boot. Getting error:

The instruction at 0x00007FFA8fe381c4 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000050. The memory could not be read

Any suggestions on resolving this problem would be appreciated.

Windows 10 Shut Down,Instruction at 0x00007FFFEDDE6E29 Referenced Memory at 0x00007FFFCA1F4B38 Memory could not be read.

I have a new Dell computer that came with Windows 10. When it shuts down I get the following error:

Instruction at 0x00007FFFEDDE6E29 Referenced Memory at 0x00007FFFCA1F4B38 Memory could not be read.

Please help.
