Windows 10: Integrated webcam not functioning in ASUS laptop

Hello. My laptop webcam has stopped working and i have tried a bunch of different things to fix it. I am currently running windows 10 64 bit. I cannot locate a camera driver on the ASUS website. Updating the driver through windows has not worked. Resetting the camera has not worked. Rolling back the driver has not worked. Deleting the device has not worked. I would absolutely love some suggestions as to something that could help that i have not yet tried! Please help!

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot webcam.

• Press Windows Key +R, type
  Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click
  Troubleshooting.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
  
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

Lenovo T420 laptop, currently running windows 10 home 1607, refurbished and previously running windows 7.

Windows cannot find integrated webcam, I have updated the drivers etc and the message is: all drivers updated but reconnect the webcam to the pc??? how do I do this when it is integrated. Can anybody help please, Many thanks. Aroma

To resolve your issue regarding your webcam, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + S.
• Type Troubleshooting and select it from the list.
• Select Hardware and Sound.
• Click on Hardware and Device, and start the troubleshooter.

Update us on the result.
