Windows 10: Intel Bluetooth power management disappeared

The power management tab has disappeared for "Intel Bluetooth" in device manager. how do I get it back? Now my wireless mouse is disconnecting frequently -- it wasnt before; now its making the PC almost unusable.

Ive tried:

- unplugging the power cable and restarting

- Adding CsEnabled to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power in Regedit and restarting

- My power plan settings is set to maximum performance; hardware hasnt changed

Bluetooth disappeared from Device Manager

I have the same problem as Benjamin with an Acer Aspire Switch 10. Was working fine with Bluetooth speaker. Now all trace of Bluetooth has disappeared from Device Manager. The Bluetooth troubleshooter tells me my tablet is not compatible with bluetooth!
I have tried re-installing the Broadcom Bluetooth Driver from the Acer site but to no avail and tried most of the other suggestions including windows update listed in Benjamin's post.

No bluetooth after system restore

I mean I have used a Windows system restore point. I tried restoring bluetooth with commands in CMD (sfc/scannow; DISM /Online.....) and by updating and uninstalling devices in the device manager. Update did not work. Uninstalling bluetooth devices made Bluetooth disappear out of the hidden devices list.
All my steps I took worked but did not change anything in my bluetooth device list.

I am using the bluetooth of my mainboard. MSI Z370M Gaming Pro AC
My guess would be, that disabling the bluetooth network adapter before using a system restore point, disabled Bluetooth after using the system restore point.

In the device manager I get this message in the USB Device list for a unknown USB Device:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

    Press Windows key + X.
    
  • 
    Click on Device Manager.
    
  • 
    Click on View.
    
  • 
    Click on Show
    Hidden Devices.
    
  • 
    Search for the Bluetooth device.
