Windows 10: intel command center crash after updating windows to a new version

Discus and support intel command center crash after updating windows to a new version in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; i open it then it crashs this did not happen before i updated to the lastest windows version all intel g=drivers are updated as well...     i open it then it crashs this did not happen before i updated to the lastest windows version all intel g=drivers are updated as well

    intel command center crash after updating windows to a new version

    Intel Graphics Command Center Can't Start

    win10 pro 1809 17763.529, laptop is HP Pavilion 4UA54EA six months old

    Initially I updated drivers because of better compatibility with new 1903 version when WU offers to update.
    I removed new Intel drivers and windows automatically installed old ones with old Intel graphic control panel which works fine, haven't got time to dig into it.
    This laptop has two graphic, Intel for built in display and NVIDIA for external, NVIDIA drivers updated to the newest version without any trouble.
