Windows 10: Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Platform has a driver problem

This message pops up in Device Health: Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Platform has a driver problem. After running the troubleshooter and told to restart my PC, and doing so, the same message appears in Device Health.

Intel(R) Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework Driver problem

When I run the Hardware and Devices Trouble-shooter on my Asus Vivobook S551L it detects Intel(R) Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework Driver has a problem, then it proceeds to reload the driver.But this doesn't resolve the error. Below is the details of
the problem. Can anyone suggest a fix for this problem?

which driver wants to run the computer?

my computer all ready installed second one

this driver running in my computer

But Whenever computer Auto updating time first one (Intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Manager) was downloading automatically

this other softweare I thing it is unwantedly downloaded at the time errors was accord

What can I do? how to stop this Auto download?
