Windows 10: Intel Ethernet Adaptor (2)1219-v Not starting

Discus and support Intel Ethernet Adaptor (2)1219-v Not starting in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have a Dell XPS8900 windows 10 I have tried as many solutions as I could: Uninstalled/reinstalled latest driver, Net Reset, Router Reboot, Cables...     Intel Ethernet Adaptor (2)1219-v Not starting


    I have a Dell XPS8900 windows 10
    I have tried as many solutions as I could: Uninstalled/reinstalled latest driver, Net Reset, Router Reboot, Cables check out fine, Troubleshooter, Say's no problems found, Device manager properties: Cannot Start?
    Any suggestions or experiences with same?

    Internet connection error: There might be a problem with the driver for the ethernet adapter

    My network adapter is Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) 1219-V

    Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration

    In device manager it's listed as Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (5) 1219-LM

    Intel I217-V network adaptor Windows 10 SOLVED

    I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Everything went smooth. The only issue was my Intel I217-V network adaptor didn't work after the Windows 10 upgrade. Device manager didn't indicate any problems but I could not ping my router. The task bar icon
    had the little yellow exclamation stated no connection. I had to go to Intel's website and search for and download their Windows 10 drivers! Wa-la, problem solved. I'm just posting this to make other users aware.
