Intel graphics control panel

Intel graphics control panel question: I have a Lenovo Thinkpad R500 running Windows 10, with Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) graphics. I can't bring up the Intel graphics control panel. I have the impression
it's not available because the age of the Thinkpad makes Windows 10 drivers not available. Any answers?

Steps to reproduce:

Open Intel Graphics Control Panel

Set Color saturation to -15

Apply, OK, Close

Open Windows Night Light

Turn On

Turn Off

Close

Open Intel Graphics Control Panel

Color saturation is back to 0

Intel Graphics Control Panel crashes

Hi Jennifer,

The profiles are specific settings in the Intel HD Control Panel that can be specified by application launch. Here is a screenshot, below where it says "Save Profile" is where the problem starts and the application crashes.

I am using a personal laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad T440p) with Windows 10 Professional 64-bit.

I just upgraded to the Creaters Update (build 15063.138) though the problem existed on the Anniversary Update as well.
