Windows 10: Intel HD Graphics 530: blank screen sound only.

Hi - I hope someone can assist with this ...

I can select and use everything but "show only on 2" - when I do try "show only on 2" I get sound - no picture





I have reinstalled the original intel drivers, which resolved me not having any picture whatsoever and has allowed me to have the other 3 settings to successfully use with no issues.


I then updated the driver to see if the new updates would rectify this issue... still no picture/sound only from display 2 "show only on 2"

When I checked the Device Manger... messages are visable:

• Display adapter (Intel HD Graphics 530) :

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_191B&SUBSYS_11911462&REV_06\3&11583659&1&10 requires further installation.


The graphics control centre can't resolve it, I've reinstalled the Generic PnP Monitor ... all to no avail.


Any ideas hoe to resolve this?

Intel HD 530 graphics

Hi guys! I need help. A Dell product technician informed me that the Radeon 5450 2GB DDR3 graphics would better than my on board Intel HD 530. So, I uninstalled the Intel to make room for the Radeon. Guess what? Radeon is like I'm trying to run AOL dial-up
as my graphics card. How do I go about returning the HD 530 to my computer? Thanks!

 

Intel HD Graphics 530 will not install

So, I have a laptop.

I recently had to reboot and do a clean install of everything.

But sadly, something was wrong with my computer and i could not put it into sleep mode without it going blank with weird grey flickers when i tried to start it back up.

I was trying to fix it, and a lot of people were having the same problem and suggested I roll back my Integrated graphics driver to a previous build in order to fix the problem.

Problem was, I could not roll back. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall an old version instead.

Not sure what happened though, cause now my graphics driver is stuck in perpetual Limbo.

In my device manager, my graphics card is now a "Video Controller(VGA compatible)" listed under "Other Devices".

When I open it up, it says:

"Reinstall the drivers for this device. (Code 18)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver."

And when I try to reinstall, both from "Search automatically" and trying to install it from WinSXS as well as the list of available drivers from my computer, it keeps coming up with the following error:

"Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them.

Intel(R) HD Graphics 530

One of the installers for this device cannot perform the isntallation at this time."

Does anyone have a solution on how to fix this?

 

Intel HD Graphics 530 and Windows 10 issues

I have Windows 10 Home and have had issues with graphics for several months. (Generally either screen tearing or having graphic images flicker.) This occurs in the Start menu section of the screen, or in the Microsoft games (solitaire, mahjong, etc.),
in the browsers (Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome) or in Google Earth (when showing the globe and in street view). There are no problems in my desktop or in desktop applications (i.e. MS Office 2010, Access 2013, Quicken, etc.).

Recently I updated my Intel HD Graphics 530 driver to 15.45.16.4627 (Properties of the 530 show 21.20.16.4627) and still had issues. Then I there was a Windows update and everything became stable - NO PROBLEMS. This stayed that way for about 2 weeks.
Now, without touching the Intel driver (this is the latest version); all of a sudden, the sprites and the screen tearing have returned (but not as bad as several months ago.

I am wondering if the Microsoft Windows updates are causing a conflict with the Intel HD graphics 530 drivers?
