Windows 10: Intel HD Graphics Not Playing Minecraft On W10

I have a friend that i had upgrade to windows 10 with an Intel Celeron J1900 CPU. On windows 8.1 he was able to play minecraft but since he updated he cannot play. He tells me it just freezes up when it says "Downloading netty-all-4.0.23.final.jar"

Error reports from Minecraft and AeroflyRC7 indicate a problem related to OpenGL. None of the ''compatibility'' options has fixed the problem.

W10 indeed installed a generic graphic card driver and removed the intel one.

dxdiag confirmed the generic driver and does not recognize the Intel HD graphics 2000. Then I tried to manually re-install the pevious driver from Intel website. It is not compatible with W10!

Cannot use Minecraft and AeroflyRC7 : What can I do to fix this W10 issue?

In addition, the PC is now very slow on about all applications, in particular when using internet. I had no problem with Windows 8.1. I just accepted the upgrade or W10.

Is it possible to come back to W8.1 if Microsoft is not able to answer?

Unable to update my Graphics Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 (64-bit) but since upgrading have been unable to update my Graphics Driver to enable my son to continue playing Minecraft etc on my PC. I know a new version of Minecraft has been released for W10 in beta, but this is
a very basic version of the game and my son had built quite a bit on the original game.

I have tried to update manually via the Intel Download Centre, but the process is failing to find my existing processor.

My processor is an Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E3300.

Any assistance on how to update the graphics drivers to allow my son to continue playing Minecraft would be gratefully appreciated.
