On 26th June 2020, Intel inc released modern graphics DCH_UMD_IGCC v27.20.100.8336 WHQL driver only for windows 10 64bit.
On 27th June 2020, I installed this driver by special method on running windows 10 enterprise v2004 64bit 19041.331

Intel Releases WHQL-certified Graphics Driver for Windows 8

Today, Intel released their WHQL-certified graphics driver for the Microsoft's upcoming Windows 8 operating system. The driver runs on Windows 8 Release Preview with support for 3rd generation Intel Core processors with HD Graphics 4000/2500 and 2nd generation Intel Core processors with Intel HD Graphics 3000/2000.

The driver also provides support for OpenGL 4.0 and Windows Display Driver Model Version 1.2 (WDDM1.2) features such as native stereoscopic 3D support, optimized screen rotation detection and integrated DirectX 11 video playback. Intel encourages users to try the latest driver and provide feedback for future releases.

Issues fixed in this Driver:

• Intermittent crash or hang may be observed in Civilization 6*.

• Unable to switch to PC screen only mode when connected to some external HDMI monitors on 10th Generation Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Plus graphics.

• HDR monitor may not display when connected to HDMI via Type-C dongle.

• Blank-out may be observed while changing the Refresh Rate in Intel Graphics Command Center with HDR option enabled in OS display page.

Known issues of this Driver:

• Minor Graphics anomalies may be observed in Battlefield V* (DX12), Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order*, Ring of Elysium* (DX12), Stay Out*.

• Bubbles screen saver may not launch.

• A black screen may be observed when booting to “Choose an operating system” page with two windows 19H1 OS installed on 10th Generation Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Plus graphics
