Windows 10: Intel Management Engine Interface Driver

I needed to flatten and re-install Windows 10 64bit earlier this week due to a virus. I am seeing the following issue in Device Manager regardingIntel Management Engine Interface Driver. I went to the INTEL support page and downloaded and tried to install 2 separate files however, I get the following error each time I've tried to install:

The setup program ended prematurely because of the following error:

This platform is not supported.


How do I fix this?

Intel Management Engine Interface forced update?

Motherboard GA-H110M-S2H

CPU I5 6500

The suggested Intel Management Engine Interface update by my motherboard manufacturer is 11.6.0.1030, so that's what I download and install, only for Windows 10 to force a further update to 11.7.0.1032, is it correct for this to happen?

 

Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface Driver

My computer is a Packard Bell Easynote ENTF718M Windows 10 Pro, version 1803, OS Build 17134.345; Bitdefender Total Security 2019
I received a notification of an error regarding above. Tried Troubleshooting - no solution. I went into Device Manager and checked device; tried updating driver and informed latest driver installed. Error code 10.

I have found a suggestion to delete driver, restart, reinstall driver and restart again. I have not tried it as I am unsure of the exact driver file to uninstall / reinstall. I understand that drivers are in Windows/ System 32/ Drivers.








Not sure if serious problem or not. At present everything seems normal.

 

Intel management engine interface problem

My intel management engine interface has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it on it in the device manager. When I open it it says it is not running do to a power failure. I have tried to repair it and have installed a new driver but get the
same results. What can I do to fix it?
