Windows 10: Intel PPT

If I will enable intel ptt in bios even if I installed system without it, something would happen or not? I couldn't find information

no ppt on my 6230i got from t mobile

i got nokia 6230i cell that has t mobile on it and it does not have push to talk on it and i thought all 6230i have that feature. although in the settings- shortcuts- right selection key to assign shortcut i see push to talk (PPT) group list. that is the
only thing i see about ppt feature in the cell my firm ware is 3.0. when i assigh the ppt group list to the right selection key and i press it nothing happens

i live in trinidad and tobago and have no access to a nokia service area as i bought cell over the net any advice i really wanted the ppt feature on my cell

What possible reason caused me.to have to get someone to email me a blank PPT with a requested title for me to create a new PPT. It's time consuming,creating obligations and worst of all sloppy.

  Choose the program that Windows use by default in the Default Program
