bitdefender advised this file is malware Intel\SUR\QUEENCREEK\intermediate_data\u-000015.db-journal is this correct?

So bitdefender completed scan and said this file was malware - On-Access scanning has detected a threat. Access to the file has been denied. C:\Users\karen\AppData\Local\Intel\SUR\QUEENCREEK\intermediate_data\u-000015.db-journal is malware of type Trojan.Generic.31480539

    Installed on ‎11/‎13/‎2020

    OS build 19045.2965

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0

    System32 has 953,934 files with 949,067 being default_error_stack-065324-000000.txt files @4.1K each.

They look like error files from 2018 through 7/12/22. On 7/12/22 there were 164 files

I have no idea what they are telling me.

    Can I delete them?
