    Intel Trusted Execution Engine Driver Issue - Code 10 - Power Failure


    Hi,

    I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 64Bit
    Everything is OK except the following:
    - Intel Trusted Execution Engine not working in Device Manager
    (Code 10 - power failure)

    I tried to reinstall the driver but it's still not working?
    Any ideas on how to solve the above issue?

    - Windows 10 Pro 64Bit Version 1903
    - ASROCK Q1900M Motherboard With Current Non-Beta BIOS
    - Intl Celeron J1900 2GHz 4-Core CPU
    - 16GB DDR3 RAM Memory
    - nVidia GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express GPU
    (with current non-beta drivers)
    - Samsung EVO 850 500GB SSD Hard Drive

    Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface Driver


    My computer is a Packard Bell Easynote ENTF718M Windows 10 Pro, version 1803, OS Build 17134.345; Bitdefender Total Security 2019
    I received a notification of an error regarding above. Tried Troubleshooting - no solution. I went into Device Manager and checked device; tried updating driver and informed latest driver installed. Error code 10.
    See attachments
    I have found a suggestion to delete driver, restart, reinstall driver and restart again. I have not tried it as I am unsure of the exact driver file to uninstall / reinstall. I understand that drivers are in Windows/ System 32/ Drivers.
