Windows 10: Intel Wireless AC 9560 160mhz adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems

I keep getting the error "intel wireless ac 9560 "160mhz" adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems." I've tried a windows reinstall, installing the drivers again, installing the Wireless Proset software again. It works intermittently after driver re-installations and then stops again.


I do also get this issue in event viewer:

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9DF0&SUBSYS_00348086&REV_30\3&11583659&0&A3 had a problem starting.

I've tried all the remedies available online but none of them worked (except system reset which I don't want to do)

Any other inputs will be appreciated.

hi,

I had the same problem but managed to solve.

first configure the intel wireless adapter to use N not AC 5 ghz in advanced 802.11 n/ac wireless mode.

second step set mimo power safe mood to dynamic SMSP.

third step set roaming aggressiveness to medium.

fourth step set throughput booster to disable.

fifth step set transmit power to medium.

sixth step use fixed ip address not dynamic from the router (manually enter ip address and default gateway and DNS)

finally update your wifi adapter to the latest software 21.50.1.1

I recently got my surface laptop 3 and today the wifi wasn't working. No networks were showing up so i ran the troubleshooter for the internet connection. This message showed up and i don't know how to fix it. "The Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz adapter is
experiencing driver - or hardware- related problems. Not fixed"

Please help me solve this problem because I need to use my laptop for school.
