    Hello All, I've been having issues with my AX210 where it disables itself randomly if my pc is left on for a long period of time. I need to access my computer remotely while traveling so I have set up my pc to do so by stopping the pc from sleeping and stopping vital components from sleeping or allowing the computer from disabling them for power saving. Including this adapter - I have unchecked "allow computer to turn off this device for power saving" On another hand I have also had no luck getting WOL to work on my PC. No matter what configuration I have, my pc will not turn on from sleep st

    Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz connection keeps dropping

    Wifi connection suddenly drops and comes back online, however I am unable to see my router connection with which laptop was connected, all other surrounding networks show up and after 10 sec to approx. 3 mins I can see my network again.

    Updated the drivers from Intel website, roll over drivers, also installed old version of drivers; nothing seems to resolve the issue.

    Also disabled Wi-Fi 6G from device manager.

    Selected AC from wifi modes in device manager.

    Checked Wifi Channels through various softwares and no other channel seems to be interfering with the router

    Router is not more than 8 meters away from laptop.

    None of the other devices are dropping the connection.

    Router doesn't disappear from Device Manager.

    It was doing this in the previous builds as well.

    Is Windows 10 Pro 20H2 FULLY Compatible with Wi-Fi 6E Yet?

    FWIW, Tim Higgins says that basic Wi-Fi6 functionality works from Windows 10 Version 2004 forward. I'm sure that more bells and whistles will keep showing up as newer versions of Windows and Wi-Fi technologies become available.

    Here are some relevant quotes from his recent Wi-Fi 6E Preview article

    <begin quote>
    The other part of the puzzle in getting the AX210 connected is that your Windows 10 machine must be updated to at least version 2004 (aka May 2020 update) or higher. Intel's latest Wi-Fi Driver installation includes the 22.30.0.11 driver you'll need. But you'll also need to do a registry edit. I posted instructions for all this over in this SNBForums thread.
    The Wi-Fi 6E: The Basics article says there are 59 @ 20 MHz, 29 @ 40 MHz, 14 @ 80 MHz and 7 @ 160 MHz wide channels available. However, you won't see that many listed in the AXE. With PSC enabled, the lowest channel is 37 and with it off, it's 33. The graphic below shows all 6 GHz channels available in both PSC modes.
