Windows 10: IntelR Wireless-AC 9560 Code 10, Bugged Automatic Reinstalling

A few days ago—seemingly out of nowhere—my computer stopped showing available WiFi networks. After poking around, it would appear that the issue is the IntelR Wireless-AC 9560 Driver, which is receiving a Code 10 error meaning that it is "not working properly"...I know, super specific, right?.


In essence, the issue is that when I go to the network options and click "Show Available Networks," it doesn't show anything. Interestingly enough, Airplane Mode is also disabled, only functioning if using the fn+F2 keyboard toggle shortcut. I've only been able to access the internet via direct Ethernet connection.


I've looked up what could be causing this, and what it seems to me is that the most recent Windows 10 update somehow didn't install the network drivers properly. The most common solution to this issue is to uninstall and even delete the drivers, and then reinstall them. Simple enough, but it simply isn't working on my computer. The IntelR driver 9560 and the "Network Connector" driver both reinstall themselves automatically with their same bugs, which I'm not seeing in any of the troubleshooting pages I've found. Because they keep reinstalling, I can't fix the issue.


I have also tried:

- Restarting the BiOS system one forum said it might work

- Retrieving the most recent Windows 10 updates from just a day or so ago

- Installing different drivers to try to replace the AC 9560

- And...straight up factory resetting my computer


Nothing is working. Please, if you know how to fix this issue, I'd appreciate the help.

When your computer does not automatically detect your Intel Wireless AC-9560 network adapter, you will need to download the driver update or installer from your manufacturer's website.

If you have a CD installer for your motherboard, you can also use it to install this missing driver for your device.

Go to the "Code 10 "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" section.

Your device originally came from Intel, this means you need to download the driver installer from their official website itself and install it manually (usually, you will see that there is a latest driver already available for download).

Once there, select the appropriate operating system if there's a choice like x32 or 64 bit so it will match with your PC.

I faced the exact issues mentioned in the above thread.

So I uninstalled IntelPROSet Wireless Software via Add or Remove programs and reinstalled the latest version downloaded from Intel site below (I downloaded it on another laptop, copied via pendrive to problematic laptop).

Hey if you are still having the problem. Updating your wifi card's driver might fix it. I had the same problem until I installed 20.80.0.5 from Intel's website. To find the driver, search "Intel Wireless AC 9560 Driver"
