Windows 10: Interests aren't available at the moment!

When I open up my computer and type in the website I require, such as Daily Mail, etc, it tells me "Go ahead and tell me to do something. Interests aren't available at the moment". How do I solve this problem. I have rung BT and they say there is nothing wrong with the Wi Fi connection.


I'm not computer literate, so need simple solutions!

Cortana "interests not available at the moment"

I have the same problem too and followed those steps and it didn't resolve it.But I found the cure.

I didn't sign up to Microsoft Account for a while and because of that I was interrupted with Microsoft's Windows Communication Account for that Cortana told me"interests not available at the moment"

Cortana "interests not available at the moment"

My upgrade from Windows 8 to 10 went smoothly. Cortana worked for about 1 day--just long enough to figure out what it could do. Now it tells me "interests are not available at the moment." I have TWC internet. Is there a conflict there?

• "My suggestion well is dry. Try back later or add some more interest". When I click on interest I get "We can't get to your interests at the moment, but you can try again in a little bit". I get the same message when trying to add an interest.
