    one of my colleagues is having some issue while mstsc her machine in the office. It just disconnects the remote session and says "Internal error occurred". I have changed its IP, Port, updated windows. Then we have to reboot this machine again or disconnects its process to regain its remote access. Firewall is already off. I tried to check the event viewer in the destination machine with the event ID 1006 and found some error which is attached. Please provide me some solution as the user is work from home. Thanks in advance

    Hi it is has been a while since I have ask for help an here is goes.

    "DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred" Hello I have this problem with all the games installed on origin, in particular, Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 an Mass Effect 3. Thank you. This problem has occurred with Windows 10

    What Origin told me as Fellow with the Error Codes:

    We've encountered a problem
    Mass Effect: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

    Mass Effect 2: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

    Mass Effect 3: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

    Here is the Steps I have taken:

    If you go into the Origin games folder for the games in question and run the DXSETUP from there, does that make any difference? This file is normally localed in __Installer\directx\redist or a similar location within the game
    folder.

    DirectX Setup

    An internal error occurred.

    Please refer to DXError.log an DirectX.log in your Windows

    folder to deternine problem

    Installation failed.

    RDP refers to Remote desktop connection

    i am trying to connect to the Clint from another PC.

    the error i am having is "internal error has occurred"

    ye i do make a change . i did system restore but it is still the same.

    Did you create a restore point if so you can restore it from when your system is working fine if not you can follow this steps actually work for me..
    Solution 1. Reinstall the driver if you have A discrete GPU
    Solution 2. Install motherboard chipset if you have integrated GPU.
