    Internet browser issue

Hi there, I have been having an issue for some months now. I will suddenly see a thick (1-2") block either top or bottom of my web browser. At the same time I can no longer use the browser and have to restart my machine to get rid of it. I use a laptop and docking station and run two monitors from it. The laptop remains closed.

After trying many different resolves for this extremely random issue I believe the problem is to do with running two monitors. When I disconnect one of the monitors the problem stops. However I now do not know how to resolve the problem so that I can use two monitors with my laptop. I am using Windows 10.

Has anyone heard of this issue before? And can anyone assist with problem solving? I am happy to provide further information on request (I am not very tech savvy and so can answer simple questions only I'm afraid!).

    Many thanks and kind regards

    ZsaZsabe
