Windows 10: internet connection between 2 wireles

hi,

I am interested to know how can I extend my wireless connection into my house... I have a modem from Rogers and 1 wireless internet router connection but it is not great connectivity in my house in some parts of the house... I must add another router to extend this connection in the basement... could you tell me how can I do this... I tried already but doesn't let me to add this connection in the computer network adapter... and I don't know why?

please, i want to connect to internet from my pc on my nokia 5800 trough an usb wirelles adapter, and to share files with pc wirelles, how can i do that, what settings i have to do on windows 7 and on my phone? thank you!
