Windows 10: Internet Connection Bottlenecked

My current internet package gives me 200 mbps down and 15 up. However, my computer gets only 30 down and 15 up.

Even though my computer gets 30 down, when I do a speed test on my phone from the same spot, I get about 180 mbps which is great.

I checked to see if it was my wifi card, so I uninstalled it's drivers and used a usb wifi connection, but the wifi speed was exactly the same.

I have hit a wall and I am tired with only 30 mpbs when I pay for the full 200.

If someone has any idea as to what it could be, I'd very much appreciate the help

  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet
