Windows 10: Internet icon is a little globe and doesn't connect automatically on startup unless I click...

Been having a weird bug with my windows for a year or so now where every other time I start up my pc my wifi does not connect unless I click the icon and make it look for it or wait for like 1 minute. It messes up all my startup software that require internet such as Steam, LINE, etc. The icon looks like this but I don't think it has the little no entry logo on the top. There are no issues with my wifi itself as none of my other devices smartphone, iPad, chromecast, switch ever have this issue.

What does this globe icon on Network Status mean?

It tells you about the connectivity of your device with the outer world that is the internet, Globe indicates the world and for connecting with the world through your place the only thing you need is the internet so whenever you want to connect your system by internet connectivity just click on the Globe icon and go by connecting it with the most suitable option you find for yourself.
