Windows 10: Internet not working after January windows 10 update

So after the latest windows 10 update January 12th 2019, my internet has gone completely down. My service provider says it isn't the modem and sounds like it could be the router. I can't connect via ethernet or wifi.


I've reset the modem and router several times. My wifi is gone from my phones list and my computer can't reach the internet even with ethernet connected.


I've tried accessing my router setup page and it won't reach that as well. What happen after this update and how can I fix it?

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

Windows 10 download speed issues

Try this method:

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
• Turn off Updates from more than one place.

Your system will not work as a seeder for other Windows 10 users. It will give sudden boast to your Slow internet speed.
