Windows 10: Internet problems occurred after doing several fixes to system.

So basically, I fixed here my windows update problems and windows defender issues, after all those problems were solved, my download speed for some reason in platforms like Steam/Epic games just became slow, its not what is was before. So basically here is my speed test results. Before the issue appeared after solving some issues, the speed was stable steam obtained at avg 70-90MB/s, now no matter what server it is, its either 15-50 and fluctuating. I tried to see if it's IPS issue or whatever it was, and the way to see it was running the speed test and update to see if the connectivity is goi

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
