  1. Internet Problems

So I have a Toshiba Laptop running windows 10. It has been working perfectly until today. It will not connect to the internet now. On the notification bar where you can see networks, nothing is displayed. I have tried to reset my router and that didn't work. I have tried hooking up an ethernet to the laptop and that also didn't work. I decided to go into device manager to see if there is an error with the network adapter, but it says everything is working properly. I checked the usb ports with my phone to make sure they worked as well. All ports charged my phone. So, I went to Best Buy to purchase a wifi adapter to see if that would help. I ran through the installation process and it showed that it was successful and I needed to restart the computer. Once it was restarted (with the wifi adapter plugged into usb) I then tried to see if I could connect. Again, nothing showed up as far as networks. Next, I went to go to the boot menu to see if there was any options that could help me. I saw that there wash a refresh PC, so I clicked that and went to work while it was doing its refresh. If that doesn't work, is there anything other thing I can do?

    :)

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    • Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons

    • Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
