Windows 10: Internet shuts off, then Win 11 crashes

Mostly new build Nov 2024, fresh Win 11 install. Had problem immediately. Updated all drivers around Dec. Fresh Windows install in Feb. BIOS update. Updated all drivers again. Problem persisted after each step. Sometimes multiple times per day, sometimes I'm good for 2 weeks, but intermittently my internet will shutdown, 2-5 mins later usually while I'm running the built in "Troubleshoot Network Problems" tool my PC will freeze and crash. I don't know enough to completely rule it out, but I do not believe it to be a hardware problem for the following reasons: -Can stress test my CPU and GPU

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
