Windows 10: Internet speeds plummet when starting and playing games.

Ever since updating to windows 11 I have been noticing that every time I try to load a game my internet speeds plummet from 200+ mbps to less than 1mbps. I have looked all over online to try to fix this issue but nothing I found has helped. When I open task manager there is nothing running in the background that is out of the ordinary and the virus scans came up with nothing that could be using all of the internet. Any help would be appreciated.

Connectivity Problems - Random, sudden plummets in download speed.

For two days I'm having problems with my internet speed. I have a high internet speed (usually around 45) using WiFi and I've been experiencing sudden plummets in it that only last less than a second. This is horrible when gaming because it causes my game
to jitter and it is heavily annoying.

Also pinging www.google.com shows that every few seconds my ping skyrockets and then goes back to normal:

I've tried to recover my PC and also reinstall drivers but nothing has worked. I don't know if it's a problem with Windows or if it's a problem with my router, so I'm posting it here.

 

Laptop disk speeds plummet when I plug it in

Whenever I plug my laptop in the disk speed plummet to like 1mb but when I unplug it, it goes all the way up to 30mbs. Any help?

 

Internet disconnects frequently while playing steam games

Yes, I can confirm that both the computer which I am starting the game on, and another computer, gets a Ping Timeout.

What happens is, i start the game. As soon as i do anything that interferes with the internet (e.g. loading up the Servers list to join a game, or sometimes i even get into the game, but gets disconnected too quick for me to start playing)
