Windows 10: internet unusually slow

Internet is much slower than usual on my pc, it has been going on for roughly 2 months. My iphone 7 is capable of getting 60+ mpbs whilst my pc which used to get the same started getting below 18 mbps even up to 0.23 mbps. It has baffled me and after searching everywherere for quite some time i cannot find anything. i tried combining ethernet with wifi but actually has done nothing. I tried switching networks and again, nothing. Im pretty much given up and want to see what you can do for me. Thanks in advance

• Have you tried connecting to some other Internet connection and check if the same issue occurs?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Please follow the steps and check if the issue can be resolved:

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows icon key on the keyboard, type Troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
• Click on view all from left side panel of the screen.
• Select Internet Explorer Performance,
  click on Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically
  option.
• Follow the on screen instructions.

Step 2: If the issue persist, reset internet Explorer by following the steps from the link below and check if the issue is resolved.
