Xbox One S GoW4 Edition

Hi,

To properly isolate your concern, we need to gather more details about the issue. Kindly provide us the following information:

Does the issue occur when you are playing a game offline?

Did the issue start after an update?

Have you done any changes on the console?

What type of network connection is your console using?

Try power cycling your Xbox One console. A full power cycle completely reboots your Xbox One console. Doing this does not erase any of your games or data. Here’s how:

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

If your console is in Instant-On power mode, the above steps will shut the console completely off. Instant-On mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying “Xbox On,” won’t be enabled until you restart the console.

Connect the console to his Xbox app on Windows

Hey Xbox Gamer!

In order to get your console connected with your Xbox App again, we suggest you try performing a

Factory Reset while keeping your games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

Make sure you have your email and password as you will be asked to sign back into your account afterwards. Let us know if this helps!
