Windows 10: IP Address Keeps changing

Well, my IP address keeps changing randomly. I have gone into the "Internet Protocol Version 4 Properties" and I have set up the information but my IP address just keeps changing. And the change is really strange because I will go from the East Coast to the West Coast in a few seconds.

Your IP is provided by your ISP and cannot be changed. Your IP address is assigned to you by the ISP and can be seen by anyone.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to try these steps to Flush DNS and request a new IP address from your ISP server. Check if it helps.

  Click on
  Start and type cmd on start search.
  
• 
  Right-click on command prompt Run
  and selectas administrator.
  
• 
  At the command prompt, type the following commands and hit
  Enter after each command.
  

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

exit

  Value column, next to IPv4 Address).
