Windows 10: iPhone detected but won't show in Computer

When I connect my iPhone to Windows 10 PC via USB it asks to trust PC on phone, but does not consistently show up in Computer or iTunes on PC, but shows in device drivers shown in Control Panel/Devices and Printers, and Device Manager/USB Ports.

Have tried all different options and no go ... including different USB ports; booting with phone connected, or connected after boot; setting drivers manually ... but still reverts to Microsoft drivers, etc, etc. Have tried all solutions offered in Apple forums, FAQs, tech articles, etc,

On some occasions it shows in iTunes, but not in Computer. Other times it shows vice versa in Computer, but not iTunes. And now it shows neither.

In contrast, it works flawlessly in Windows 7 computer in backroom.

Update: The problem was fixed by going to: Control Panel > Administrative tools >Local security policies > Local policies > Security options > Disabling: "User account control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval mode"

After doing this the process worked flawlessly.

The mobile it charges very slowly and not even the charging logo it is shown when i charge it.

I didn't used it for like 3 years?

Last time it worked perfectly and no problem..i do not have cable damage by the way...
