    iPhone device is not visible and not available to transfer photos.

    Hi,

    I have been troubling with this issue since my computer upgraded to Win10 from Win8.

    Although my iPhone is recognized by iTunes, still, I can't see my iPhone in my Computer.

    I've tried numerous things which I have listed below, and believe the problem is not about software that Apple provided (Apple Mobile Device USB Device/Composite Device seems to be working just fine in Device Manager menu) but PTP which appears with a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager menu.

    -I've tried with another PC. It worked.

    -I've changed the cable, tried different ports. Still same.

    -iTunes is uninstalled, reinstalled and up-to-date.

    -From Device Manager menu, I have updated both Apple Mobile device drivers, which seems to be working just fine.

    -I've runned DISM and after that sfc/scannow to find if any corrupt files existed. No problems found.

    -I've used troubleshoot for hardware and devices and get a message about a problem with PTP drivers?

    -Again, in Device Manager menu;

    tried uninstalling and checking and hardware changes. PTP re-installed and program continued.

    tried updating PTP but Windows was unable to find any updates for this driver.

    tried enabling and disabling, nothing changed.

    To summarize, what should I do to get my iPhone recognized again, like I used to before Win10?..

    :)

    Fortunately you don't have to use iTunes. Your iPhone is immediately detected by your OS as soon as you connect it via USB cable. Now all you have to do is to press the "Trust" option
