Windows 10: IPV4 disabling pc to obtain an IP adress automatically

Every time I restart my pc, I notice I am connected to my network, however, I have no internet connection. After looking at my Wifi properties I noticed in the TCP/IPv4 properties it was set so I would have to enter my IP address and DNS server addresses manually; setting them to obtain the IP and DNS automatically would solve my issue and I'd be connected to the internet again. But when I restart my pc the settings would default back to manual. As seen in the picture. I'm not sure as to why this is happening and I'm stuck as to what to do to solve the issue of me having to set the settings to

Configure the network device to automatically obtain an IP address

Our router blocks internet access to a Windows Mobile 7.8 smart phone. The phone gets assigned new IP adresses, thus getting the router to believe it is trying to evade parental control. The router's manufacturer suggest configuring the network device
to automatically obtain an IP address. How can I do this on this phone?

i had a dynamic ip address so i tried to have a static one so i did some steps to change it but it didnt work out so i put ip address on obtain automatically now i cannot see my computer's ip address listed on ipconfig /all please help

 

Disable IPv4 from automatically being changed

Hello. I want to prevent the IPv4 address from automatically being changed.

I tried the following:

• This tutorial by Port Forward.
  
  After completing it, I receive the
  following fix for the error → According to the error, it disables DHCP for "Ethernet".
  
• This tutorial by Windows Tech Info.
• This tutorial by Notebook for Programmers.

My goal is to prevent from IPv4 to automatically change.
