  1. IR Camera is not getting off for long time after facial recognition.

My surface Laptop after unlocking with Facial Detection, its Sensor Lights( Red Lights ) are not getting off immediately after detection. It is taking 8-10 seconds more time to off after successful login. I am facing this problem since last 5 days.

Windows 10 Hello facial recognition feature

Sounds like a driver issue with the camera: MS requires special IR (infrared) capabilities from cameras for Windows Hello facial recognition to work. You should visit the HP support pages, and make sure you've got the right driver installed for facial recognition.
