Windows 10: IRQL not less or equal blue screen

I have been getting blue screens for the past month on my 6 month old custom built pc. IRQL not less or equal is the most recent error message I've gotten(I was playing Dishonored 2 at the time). I've Googled the error messages I've gotten in the past, and they most often come up saying it's either bad memory or a bad driver. I've run both the built in windows memory diagnostic tool and memtest64, and neither have come back with any errors. I've gone through every device in device manager and used the search online for new drivers tool and everything seems to be up to date. I'm at a bit of a loss.

When I googled the error this time, I came across a thread in this subreddit where people had asked for the analyzed windows minidump file. Here is that file. I'm not really sure how to read it, although in the other thread it seemed to point out specifically a driver that had caused the issue. I don't see anything like that in my .dmp file, but I do see that it was apparently unable to verify the checksum of win32k.sys? Could that be the root of my issue? If so, what is that and how do I remedy it? If there's anything else in that .dmp file that would help diagnose, could you point it out, so I might be able to diagnose this for myself in the future?

I have been having IRQL NOT EQUAL OR LESS blue screens for almost a year now. I have attempted all the fixes recommended to me with none of them actually helping. I also receive SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED blue screens but not as often as IRQL NOT

Blue screen "driver irql not less or equal

My computer have the blue screen error "driver irql not less or equal" and I cant start my pc to update driver,remove programs or scan for hard disk problems.

System is WIN10, recent clean install, with some common software installed.

Hardware is Lenovo T440s with SSD and memory upgraded.

The blue screen is random about once every week or once every two weeks. It always shows "irql not less or equal"

Before Win10, I was using Win7. It also crashes with blue screen occasionally.

I am not sure what is causing the problem.

I found the dump file which is shared by the onedrive link, and there is only one file in the minidump folder.
