Windows 10: is 10240 still supported?

Discus and support is 10240 still supported? in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; RTM (10240) is supposed to be current branch for business....does it get updates??? i always heard about cumulative updates for 1511 (10586) but never...     RTM (10240) is supposed to be current branch for business....does it get updates??? i always heard about cumulative updates for 1511 (10586) but never for 10240....

    My windows is still stuck at build 10240.

    The fastest way to get the upgrade is to download the ISO. An ISO is like a dvd so to use it you will need to right click>mount. Start the upgrade from within windows.



    WARNING: DO NOT USE THESE TO DO A CLEAN INSTALL (until after you have already updated). If you do
    you will not be able to activate it unless you have previously upgraded to win 10 and activated it. You then will be forced to re-install your previous OS before upgrading to win 10

    Warning Running the media creation tool may prevent you from rolling back to a previous OS. If you have just upgrade to win 10 in the last 30 days you may not get the TH2 update until those thirty days have passed

    The Official Final Windows 10 download is now available (10586)

    Use the download tool to create ISO media to update your windows.

    My windows is still stuck at build 10240.

    I am still stuck at 10240. There is no update for 1511. I upgraded from Win 8.1 on Aug 3rd and then went on ship (I am in Navy)where i didnt update at all. Then when i came back i updated it on 29th Nov. But there has been no update for 1511.

    Also my speech for cortona doesnt show English India though the language package has been installed.

    1st screen shot shows English India on top left.

    2nd Screen shot shows only English USA and UK in the options and thats the reason my Cortona is also not working. HELP.

    As you can see, updates are still made available for windows 10 10240.
    If updates are for November update then it is specifically mentioned update for windows 10 Version 1511
    And I expect updates would continue in future too.

    Hello,
    You are partially right.Critical i.e. cumulative updates are not being offered to 10240, the last one came in early november itself.
    It hasn't been clearly mentioned by microsoft that how the mechanism of updates for earlier builds would work.
    Anyway, why aren't you updating to Windows 10 1511 aka 10586?
