Windows 10: Is anyone know the cause why the driver of my IO card went missing after the shutdown then...

This issue was encountered in a random set of CPU. I have other 2 CPUs of the same specification and got no issue or problem on them. The application for the said IO card, can only launched properly if its driver is re-installed. No problem to the apps when the PC is just restarted, the it only comes out if the PC is from the shutdown/power off state. It seems like that the driver was only reside in the temporary location, causing it to disappear when the PC is power off. It is also weird that this does not happen in other CPUs with the same specification as the one with issue. Is anyone can

Hp Envy Driver missing

• Are you referring the missing driver as the High Definition Audio device
  with a yellow mark in the screenshot?

This issue could have happened due to corrupted driver files. Let's try reinstalling the driver and check if the driver can be recovered. Follow the below steps to re-install the driver.

• As you are already on the device manager, right-click on High Definition Audio device, and select
  Uninstall.
• Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter and check if the issue is resolved. Follow the below steps to run the Hardware troubleshooter;

• Type troubleshooting in the search tool.
• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  
• Select the Hardware and
  Device options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware
  and Device Troubleshooter.

Toshiba flash cards app is preventing shutdown

To check for possible cause of the issue, we suggest that you run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshooting.
• Type Hardware and Sound.
• Type Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Also, you may update the driver for SD card as well as the Chipset driver from the device manufacturer.
