Is Everything 1.5 Alpha safe to use? Instead of Windows 10 internal search

I really need the dark mode program "everything" , but it is still an alpha version and I am fear that it may have a bug in terms of security, that is, it may forget something while searching, or corrupt a file, or other risky things.Do you think it is safe? Can I use it safely? It still has the label of alpha, which is considered more dangerous than beta

  2. Windows OS Builds List

Windows Operating Systems Builds List by Matthew Smith
*Many Builds Are Subject To Change Due To Various Sources
NOTE: the listing titles are in order from the order in the actual list, anything added in v8 will show which beta it was updated in to keep you guys informed on what changes were made where, as of 8.0 BETA 8, 7.1 is obsolete, but will keep it up to show how many changes I've made.

NOTE 2: each new list version doesn't just come up with more builds but might come with renaming/removing/replacing of the builds aswel to show proper release names such as,
    Release Candidate, RTM, Pre-Beta, etc.
    Enjoy

Is Everything 1.5 Alpha safe to use? Instead of Windows 10 internal search

    Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Launch the Store from your Start menu.
    • Click the user icon next to the search box.
    • Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
    • Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
    • When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
