    With windows 10 KB4493509 update installed twice, there was no internet connection with Ethernet Intel i219-v. Now that I uninstalled the update the internet is working fine. Am I suppose to have the KB4493509 update since I heave (OS Build 17763.379) and if not why would I have the update?

    I got the message "Last failed install attempt on ‎4/‎13/‎2018 - 0x80070bc2" on installing update of April 10, 2018—KB4093112 (OS Build 16299.371).

    Please assist as soon as possible.

    I repeated the update process, it checked for availability, didn't really download (going by the time it took the previous time in downloading), and went through install process, but after restart same message appeard that can't install, undoing the changes.

    I then ran Troubleshooter for windows update, it didn't identify the problem, all items were marked "issue not present."

    Please guide what to do?

    Why my windows 10 is not updating the OS Build Version from 17134.345 to version 17763?

    I do check update and install the updates since two days. But it is not updating OS build version 17763. and updating the other features like microsoft powerpoint,excel,etc..
