Windows 10: Is it possible to get device width of my RAM module ?

Hi Experts,I want to fetch my RAM's device width like one it shows in HWInfo application Attaching image for reference. Is there any PowerShell script or command line to get the same? Please help me on this.Note : I am able to get Bus Width using wmic command. But not able to get Device width.

You can find the width using the Command "wmic memorychip list full" from the section in this tutorial titled Check all memory details:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
